1.      Processing your Order

An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e- mail as proof of your purchase.

2.      Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Ready-made products are able to be shipped with 2 – 7 business days
  • Manufactured goods to be completed within 12 – 24 business We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

3.      Shipment Locations

3.1.      Domestic Only

Flat Pack Kitchens Pty Ltd does not ship internationally. We ship domestic only – to majority of Australia. Transport Limitations may apply depending on the quantity and size of goods. We will confirm via email or phone if unable to complete delivery.

3.2.      Shipping Restrictions

Our company ships to both commercial and domestic addresses.

4.      Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Example. Third party suppliers may have materials damaged upon delivery to Flat Pack Kitchens which delays the estimated date of completion. This event is outside of Flat Pack Kitchens control and therefor Flat Pack Kitchens are not responsible for any associated delays.

    • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
    • Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Subject to availability of specific transport that is suitable to deliver your goods, packages to and from our facility in Kilsyth may be We appreciate your patience during this time.
  • We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you do not provide correct or current information.
  • In-store pickup available at the Kilsyth warehouse (Factory 2, 65-67 Canterbury Road, Kilsyth) only.

5.      Tracking Options

7.      Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. The package we’ve found that, more often that not, is either in the building or packed with other parcels. Please look in common courier hiding spots. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at warehouse@fpk.net or (03) 97288400 to report missing or lost packages.
